+C: Sword and Cornett: Chapter 13

I'm so behind on this . . . I miss this like crazy. To make up for my beloved, I'll post everyday until the latest translated chapter (which is so far, chapter 16. Please thank b1px for being awesome~). Here goes~

So many interesting stuff in this chapter (pfft, as always~). Eco's awesome as usual; Belca's glompable as usual; Kiliko x Orcelito is too canon; Musca sucks; and I have hopes of my top favorite back~

[ SUMMARY ]

Musca's awake and they all gathered in her room. They started to discuss on what's going on in the palace. There has been a speculation that Prince Orcelito has been replaced and Lagen's son is involved in this. Eco is familiar with Lagen's son and he knows that the guy has connections with Dietrich. He thinks that either the real Prince Orcelito is locked up somewhere in the palace or is dead. Dietrich has been doing experiments and if he had been successful, Orcelito may have possibly become a puppet because of drugs. This reminds Belca of the Hokulea he had encountered from the past, who has complete changed in personality after falling under Dietrich's hands.
At the castle, Kiliko receives a message from Dietrich which says that he can't go because of an illness but he had sent representatives. He requests Kiliko to meet these people in person. Kiliko wonders why Dietrich sent a confidential message through a hawk as he goes outside to meet Orcelito. As he walks towards his destination, people have been talking about him aspiring to be of a high rank even at a young age. It also appears that even though he's Lagen's successor, he's actually an adopted child. Kiliko wasn't that pleased with these gossips that he thinks "Say all you want to say now while you still can".
The chapter ends with Eco and co. on their way to the castle!

[ MUSCA BASHING ]
UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
SHE IS AS ANNOYING AS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Musca's Sins to Sapphire Pyro (and of course I was very biased):

• She was back to being rude to Belca by just going to her room even though he saved her ass from the previous chapter
• She ordered Seamrog to beat Belca and Eco up
• She called Eco a liar when she knows that he makes sense and she just can't accept that reality
• She didn't thank Belca after he shows his concern for her for not eating anything
• She goes back to her "You're just a half brother" rude speech after she just clinged to Belca's shirt going teary and moe . . . as if it was adorable
• SHE EXISTS.

The only thing saving her from being 100% annoying is that she is related to her awesome brothers by blood . . .THAT IS ALL!

[ THE KIND BROTHER ]
No matter how mean Musca had been to him, Belca's a saint. He didn't shove her away when she wanted someone to hold on to, and he was still concerned for her even though his main worry at the moment is Orcelito. There's something hilarious that happened next after a kind thing he did though . . . Eco can say it better than I do (he'll even sing it):

BWAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!
ECO, YOU ARE SO RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!

[ ECO'S SO AWESOME ]
If this series will have a drama cd or an anime, Eco's seiyuu SHOULD have a beautiful voice because he sings often, either for seriousness or for crack. I love both, but the crack's more entertaining, haha!

Eco had done some amazing things in this chapter ("I do not need to be biased"):

• He just composed and sang something crack awesome
• He was able to tame Musca
• He tells the truth and his awesome thoughts even if a kid's around, and he doesn't care if she'll be butthurt
• He has good analytical skills that his speculations are very very plausible
• HE EXISTS.

Should I say more? Ohohohoho~

[ ORCELITO ]

Whether Eco's thoughts were right or not, I wish they show what exactly happened to Orcelito already. The mystery of this sudden change is driving me crazy O_O;;;

[ MY HOPE ]
Seamrog had a message to Belca . . . and it was . . .

FROM PRINCE HECTOR!
Speaking of which, Belca and Musca had a super little talk about Hector. Belca says that he wanted to see him again, but later he adds that he doesn't just want to see him, but to talk to him too. And not just a simple talk, he wants to talk about a lot of things.
Belca ,I don't want to add the darn girl, and I agree that just seeing Hector again is not enough.
However, this secret message fom Hector is still hidden from us . . .
AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE TELL ME MY BELOVED HECTOR IS STILL ALIVE!!! I DON'T CARE WHAT CLICHE THEY USE OR WHAT CRAPPY PLOT TWIST IS USED . . . JUST BRING HECTOR BACK!!!! CORNETT NEEDS MORE CRACK AWESOME BISHIES!!!!
