Aoi Bungaku (Blue Literature) is my most anticipated series this season! I love literature and highly interested in popular and bestselling classics. It's refreshing to see that we get to have an anime that will focus on deep stories rather than the stereotypes and the generic stuff. (Not to mention it's blue *favorite color* Hehe!)

The Blue Literature Series is a television anime with 12 episodes based on six Japanese ltierary classics written by distinguished authors particularly Ango Sakaguchi, Dazai Ozamu, Natsume Soseki, and Ryunosuke Akutagawa. Famous Japanese manga artists are involved with the character designs in this project, namely Takeshi Obata (mangaka of Death Note , Tite Kubo (mangaka of Bleach ), and Takeshi Konomi (mangaka of Prince of Tennis ).
It will premiere today, October 10, 2009 on 25:50 - 26:20 am. It's a production of MadHouse and it will be broadcasted in NTV!
