I got interested on the title. Why yellow? That got me curious. I checked out the plot afterwards. Looks like a love story between people with twisted pasts. That's interesting. I see the genre: Action, Adult, Drama, Mature, Psychological, Romance, Seinen, and Slice of Life. I'm cool with that. I don't mind mature stuff on a certain degree. And besides, it's psychological. I'm a sucker for stories with that. So I gave it a try and . . .
WHAT THE F*CK DID I JUST READ???
I know it was mature and had sex . . . BUT WHY WAS THERE NO INDICATION THAT IT WAS HENTAI???? (Manga Traders only classified it as ecchi. ONLY ecchi. WTF?! It's not just ecchi.) Oh thank goodness my mother is already asleep when I opened this manga!
The sex here is so explicit. Well, fine, there had been censors on the genital parts, but the boobs weren't . . . and the positions weren't. The sex was freakin' detailed. It's like 75% of the chapters are the sex scenes, while the remaining percentage on the miscellaneous parts. Oh come on! Can't the mangaka just show the sex scenes if they're talking about something relevant only? Not the whole . . . thing!!!!
I'm disappointed. The story actually had potential and is pretty intriguing. I wish there had been more scenes on the main character's past, or what's his current situation like, and what's his connection to the rocker dude . . . in other words, anything that has connection to the main story!!!!
But the mangaka seemed to have put more attention on such scenes rather than the actual story. It's pretty difficult to figure out what's going on as well. We're just shown with some events of people cursing and hitting each other, then sex scene again, then some rock n' roll, then sex again, then some flashbacks, then sex yet again, then some bar, and then sex again . . . THE HELL???!!!!!
I can't read more of this. I think this should've fallen in the hentai category instead, wherein the story isn't really given much focus but the sex instead, because this is what this series had been doing from what I've read, and I kinda doubt it will change in the later chapters. Heck, I won't be surprised if one of its chapters will have 90% sex scenes.
I think this should've been classified as simply a hentai manga instead. All I see are naked people. I don't see much of the story. . . at all. Uuuugghhh. . . .
People who find pleasure on watching sex scenes and don't mind a little violence and mature themes will appreciate it though. I read mature stuff but not exactly porn. I would actually have tolerated those disturbing stuff if it brought more focus on the story, however, it didn't! And I don't care if things will be different in the later chapters. There's still definitely going to be sex scenes that take up so many pages. Uuugghh . . . So leave me out of this!
But to innocent people, please keep away from this. Maintain your pure minds. Ehehe~
